Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or ask any questions, you can contact us at 604 618 8626 or shop@cyclevancouver.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 646 Hornby St. Vancouver BC V6C 2G2 and shipping will be at the customer's cost unless a mistake was made on our part.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Bicycles
- Final sale items
- Apparel
- Helmets
- Electronics (computers, trainers, smartwatches, etc.)
- Nutrition
- Gift cards
- Items over 30% off
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are not available on shipping fees.
Restocking Fees
Cancelled or returned orders of $1,000 or more in value will incur a 3% charge, deducted from the refund, at the discretion of Cycle City.
Returns
Bikes that have been shipped from our store but not built and remain unridden may be accepted for return at Cycle City's discretion.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying all costs incurred. Returns of this type will incur a fee of $200 or more based on your location.
