Specialized Gravel/Road Sizing

Specialized suggests sizes but we'd always recommend test-riding the bike as everyone has different proportions and preferences. We'd say it's especially important if you straddle two sizes.

If you feel little difference between sizes, opting for the smaller generally offers more adaptability down the line. Bikes can quite easily be made to feel bigger, but when trying to shrink a bike that feels too big, your options are more limited.

Whether your goal is to escape on gravel back roads or dominate your favourite gravel race, the Diverge delivers the ultimate ride experience. Designed to be fast, capable, and endlessly fun, this bike handles rough terrain with stability and inspires confidence while remaining lively and responsive under power. Specialized's Future Shock and a progressive geometry means the Diverge can redefine what’s possible in gravel riding.

Lightweight and Capable Frame

Built with a FACT 8r carbon frame, the Diverge Sport Carbon is light enough to tackle steep dirt climbs and responsive enough to race on gravel roads. Its design balances speed and durability, giving you the freedom to push limits while ensuring a comfortable, efficient ride.

Confidence-Boosting Future Shock

With 20mm of axial compliance, Future Shock 1.5 absorbs rough terrain, providing greater control and reduced fatigue. Specifically tuned for gravel, this innovative feature helps maintain traction and power over loose dirt and rugged paths, keeping you fresh and in control no matter the challenge.

All-Terrain Geometry

The Diverge’s progressive geometry ensures stability on dirt while retaining agility on roads. Shorter stems maintain responsive steering, while clearance for up to 47c tires (650b x 2.1") maximizes versatility. Rack mounts on the fork, frame, and top tube make it adventure-ready for quick escapes or multi-day expeditions.
